Debut concert for Ptown’s newest chamber music ensemble, Through the Red Door, co-directed by pianist Craig Combs and flutist, Eric Maul. Musical collaborators are D.C./Ptown violinist Jeffrey Thurston and Transylvanian born Hungarian American clarinetist, Monika Veress.

“Fabulous French Fantasia” is all French music inspired by theater incidental music, salon music and jazz with a little Brazilian influence thrown in - but all classical chamber music:
Camille Saint-Saëns - Tarentelle for Flute, Clarinet and Piano
Jacque Ibert - Deux Interludes for Flute, Violin and Piano
Francis Poulenc - Sonata for Flute and Piano
Darius Milhaud - Suite for Violin, Clarinet and Piano
